Thank you for your purchase from our store. Products purchased from our online store may be replaced or returned within 5-14 days
- If there happens to be any problems with your order, we advise that you e-mail us at email@example.com within 5 business days of the receipt to inform us of your return or replacement.
- Once we receive this information from you, we will send a feedback form for the issue during our email reply. Send back this questionnaire form with your answers.
- We require that the questionnaire form should also be printed out and added in the package alongside with your returned merchandise, collectively with the return receipt that verifies the date of your receipt of the order.
ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED
The following items can be returned for a refund:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Mistake from our end can be returned for a refund without restocking fee charges.
Notwithstanding, we will not be held accountable for the damages caused by shipping agents.
Any items returned for a refund or for exchange by a customer must not have been wore or used, must have all original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. Totally remove or cover the original shipping label before shipping back to us.
Note: Any items returned, but with a sign indicating that it has been used will be marked as unacceptable and we will not issue refund.
OTHER ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE
For health related reasons our company will not accept any return or exchange on the following products:
- Panties and or related items.
- When returning an item, it is the customer’s responsibility for the shipping charges of the returned items and we strongly advice they insure the item(s).
- When mailing back a return or exchange we strong suggest to customers to use a shipping service that supplies customers with tracking numbers and this is to avoid your item(s) getting lost as our company will not be responsible for non-receipt or non-tracking returned items or returning missed items.
- Every return item should be received within 14 days of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number had been issued. If item(s) is received after 14 days that returned product will be termed UNACCEPTABLE and not refunded. To obtain your RMA, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and once your return is approved and this number is issued, securely place the item in its original package and ship to the address we will provide you alongside with the RMA number.
- Within 14 days upon receiving your item(s) we will issue a refund credit of your item. So we encourage that you include your order date and order number to speed up the processing of your refund.
- If your item did not qualify for free shipping when you placed the order, then your initial shipping charges will not be refunded. But if your order initially qualified for free shipping, then in that case only your item cost will be refunded. A 10% restocking fee will apply to your return. NOTE: If your return was due to our error(s), the 10% restocking charges will not be applied to your refund and your initial shipping charges will be refunded too if you did not qualify for free shipping initially. You will be refunded everything!
- If your item was returned for an exchange, please be aware that it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping fee back to your destination and other charges that may apply and the shipping cost is expected to be paid in advance or once the exchange has been approved.
- Once we receive the returned item in its original state and good condition, we will issue the refund immediately.
